Rolling Mill Hill’s opportunity is as much about the surrounding context of neighborhood and streets as it is the internal experiences that are created between the buildings and emanating from the ground floor businesses. Understanding the journey Downtown has traveled, the alleys of SoBro growing the City’s urban lifestyle, and the maker culture pushing towards us from East and South Nashville, prove that RMH has the opportunity to be a central hub for growing innovation and economies in food, fashion, music, art, film, education and other creative businesses on the ground floor, connected and supporting the future of the neighborhood.
Terremark was a part of an RFP team responding to the city of Nashville, Tn. to help create a new neighborhood within the city limits. Several blocks were studied, both historic and new build. The plan is to create several districts including hotels, residential, office and retail in a mixed-use format.
