East 4th Street
Cleveland, Ohio
Now thriving, East 4th Street was a blighted historic district in downtown Cleveland. Terremark developed and executed the strategy for this 410,000 square foot mixed-use, entertainment project in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Utilizing several historic blocks with food and entertainment, Terremark developed the entertainment strategy and at the request of the owners, Rick and Ari Maron, helped execute the strategy with tenants including The House of Blues, Nick Costa’s Pickwick & Frolic, Iron Chef Michael Simon’s Lola and the The Corner Alley. This award winning street has produced significant returns to the owners and the City Of Cleveland. The project is owned by MRN LTD.

Ballston Quarter
Arlington, Virginia
Ballston Quarter, a early 80’s bunker style mall is being transformed into street front retail and entertainment by removing the front of the building shell and opening to the street. Terremark, the retail strategist along with The Forest City team created a new open air, downtown retail environment to maximize real estate value. With over 800,000 square foot of re-positioned space, the strategy is currently being executed.

Once a sea of parking in New Orleans warehouse district, Terremark helped developers, The Domain Companies transform vision to reality. Terremark provided the strategy and qualified the vision by identifying the niche for the project. Terremark collaborated with architects, municipal stakeholders and owners Domain Companies to plan and integrate it with surrounding districts. We were retained to execute phase 1 & 2 of the project. Phase 3 is under construction. Terremarks leasing secured over 100,000 square feet of leases in phases 1&2 including the John Besh Restaurant Group and several other chef-operated restaurants and specialty retail.
