Together with The Howard Hughes Corporation, TerreMark Partners and 505Design teamed to pursue the New Orleans Convention Center District Development.
This project which is expected to be over a $1 billion project anchored by a HQ convention hotel and entertainment/retail district. We set out to create a new heartbeat in New Orleans, a genuine, authentic place where people love to live. The Trade District is an urban, enthusiastic, and authentic declaration of New Orleans culture, pride, retail, and food.
