East 4th Street is a 410,000 square foot mixed-use, entertainment project in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, utilizing two historic blocks with food and entertainment.
TerreMark developed the entertainment strategy and at the request of the owners, executed the strategy with The House of Blues, Nick Costa’s Pickwick & Frolic, Iron Chef Michael Simon’s Lola and Trifecta’s The Corner Alley. This award winning street has produced significant returns to the owners and the City Of Cleveland. The project is owned by MRN LTD.
